We have been promoting Training in Development and Humanitarianism for over a decade now. This has been necessitated by the need to reduce increasing gaps between the skills needed by Development professionals and humanitarian aid workers in Humanitarian situations.
Our courses are grounded on Research and are designed to equip learners, with the necessary skills and competencies to effectively execute their mandates. We combine both theory and Practice.

AIPS is a training organization that focuses on the empowerment and skills improvement of humanitarian and development workers across the globe. We are committed to supporting both individual and organizational capacity building through our online training content. We have managed to train over 1500 professionals in the past 5 years through our online courses.
AIPS undertakes various community development projects this includes collaboration with the government and other organizations to steer humanitarian development activities. In addition, through our experts, we are able to investigate and explore humanitarian problems affecting modern society to offer bespoke solutions and advocate for best practices.
AIPs takes a centre stage in advocating for the rights of the oppressed in society and through research advocate for ways of everyone in society leading a dignified life. We do this through consultancy services that is embedded in research as a scientific way of looking for solutions to issues in society. We also do project proposals that have well researched research problems.
