Module 1; Introduction to Business Administration and Management

  6. Unit 6: business administration and business environment

Module 2; Business Ethics

  1. Unit 1: Explain the concept of business ethics
  2. Unit 2: Appreciate and understand the relationship between business and ethics
  3. Unit 3: Identify and explain the various sources of ethics
  4. Unit 4: Identify the factors that affect ethical behaviors
  5. Unit 5: Differentiate between ethics and law
  6. Unit 6: Discuss why it is ethical to follow the law

Module 3 Business Communication

  1. Unit 1: Introduction to Business Communication
  2. Unit 2: Communication in Organizations
  3. Unit 3: Using the Language
  4. Unit 4: I. Research Methods; Obtaining Information
  5. Unit 5: Communication through Writing: Business Letters
  6. Unit 6: Information Storage & Retrieval. Report Writing
  7. Unit 7: Oral, Non-Verbal & Visual Communication
  8. Unit 8: Persuasion and coordination

There are four assignments (continuous assessment tests), a research paper and one examination to be offered at the end of the course. Assignments account for 40%, research paper accounts for 30% while Examination accounts for 30% of the mark. Upon completion of the course, you shall be issued a Diploma Certificate and a course transcript.

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will receive a Diploma Certificate of Merit and a transcript.
